Postseason play is broken down into age groups based on a player’s “Little League Age.” To understand what postseason opportunities are available for your player, you will need to know this. Please verify your player’s Little League Age by entering your player’s birth month and year at THIS website.
The postseason possibilities this season are as follows:
10u All-Stars (8/9/10)
10u Honors (8/9/10)
11u All-Stars (9/10/11)
12u All-Stars (10/11/12)
12u Honors (10/11/12)
Intermediate All-Stars (12/13)
Juniors All-Stars (13/14/15)
10u, 11u, and 12u refer to the maximum Little League Age of players allowed on the team and under (u). So a Little League Age 11-year-old would be eligible to play 11u All-Stars, 12u All-Stars, or 12u Honors. Intermediates All-Stars is open to 12 and 13-year-olds. Juniors All-Stars is open to 13 to 15-year-olds.
During registration, you will be asked which postseason programs you would be interested in participating in. Please select only the programs your player is eligible for and programs you would be willing to fully participate in.
Postseason is not for everyone. It is a more demanding program with up to five practices per week in addition to any preparatory tournaments and the actual tournament. There is also a chance that All-Star teams could advance through the initial tournament and then go on to play at state, regional, and beyond which would require extended commitments to the program in time and travel.
It is a lot of baseball, expectations for players and families are higher, and it is a more competitive brand of baseball. In postseason, the only minimum play rule is that teams bat through their entire roster - there is no defensive play guarantee. Players will generally be rostered to their athletic strengths with the goal being to win games in a competitive environment.
During the regular season, all players who register for Little League are placed on a team. However, it is important to note, that registering for postseason does not guarantee a spot on a roster. There are a variety of factors that go into forming postseason rosters and some players who ask to be considered might not be selected to a team. Players who are selected for a team will be notified via a phone call from their team’s head coach. Players who are not selected for a team will receive an email notifying them of such.
For Post Season we need ORIGINAL copies of Birth Certificates AND either a School Enrollment Verification Form signed by the school principal for public school students OR a copy of a utility/rent bill from ~6 months ago, proving long-term residency. This needs to be brought to the Head Coaches by Monday, June 10th. Failure to provide could jeopardize a player's ability to participate in District Tournaments.

10u All-Stars:6/21-6/28 @ Sunset Park
State Tournament: 7/20-7/27 hosted by Hollywood Rose City LL
11u All-Stars: 6/23/-6/28 @ Sunset Park
12u All-Stars: 7/6-7/12 @ Waluga Park
12u Honors: TBD
Intermediates: State Tournament - July 5-7
Juniors: TBD - depending upon how many teams in the state register
The registration fee for Honors will be $189 and the registration fee for All-Star teams will be $289. Payment will only be requested once a player has been rostered on a team. Families will pay for their own travel expense to see their player. Wilsonville Little League pays for players and coaches to travel if they advance to regionals.
